Fresh Tomato-Basil Salad

2 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Arrange tomatoes, basil and cheese on serving platter, overlapping each ingredient. Sprinkle with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper before serving.
