Pepperoni-and-Mushroom Pizza Bake

Recipe developed for Cabot Creamery Cooperative

2 (11-ounce) tubes refrigerated breadstick dough
1 (6-ounce) package turkey pepperoni slices
1 (8-ounce) package fresh mushroom slices
1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
Cooking spray
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded 75% or 50% Reduced-fat Cabot Sharp Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut breadstick dough into 1-inch pieces; place in a large bowl. Add pepperoni, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Toss well to combine. Pour into a 13-x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; top with cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 9 servings.
