BBQ Chicken-and-Corn Pizza
1 ball pizza dough from deli
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 ear of corn, kernels cut from the cob
1/2 cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack
Place baking stone in oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press dough into circle and place on preheated pizza stone (I first press dough onto a large baking sheet dusted with cornmeal for easy transfer to hot pizza stone.)
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
