Easy Herb Bread

The Professional Palate - Regan Jones RD in Bread, Cabot cheese, bread

1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust

½ teaspoon dried Italian herb blend

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

¼ cup shredded 50% Cabot reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

 

Unroll dough onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray; press into a large rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with herbs, garlic salt and cheese. Roll up starting with long side; press ends and seam to seal. Make shallow diagonal cuts along dough at 1-inch intervals.

 

Bake at 375 for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
